Yeah, the big plume of white smoke was when they parked on the flight line and let out a blast before they "shut 'er" down. I should have tried to go on the base as it probably was an open house. I just broke out my old camera for the last Red Flag. It is a Minolta Maxxum 7000 with Auto Focus lenses. I priced a digital model that will use the AF Lenses that I have and it was between $600 to $800. Maybe for Xmas -but I think I read they were discontinuing the digital Maxxum? Looks like I'm stuck being an analog man in a digital world! Oh well, I'll put it towards NVG instead! Lol!!!
