Hi - I've never been to Rachel or in to see Red Flag but want to this fall. I have taken the Nellis tour though. Where is the best place to see Red Flag exercise from? Would this also be a good time to visit Rachel and have a chance of seeing experimental stuff, or does this slow down when they do Red Flag? If so, whats the best time of year to visit Rachel?
