I myself prefer cow pies for target practice. They are biodegradable! Cleaning up all shells and targets after practice is an absolute must. I have seen a few target dumps in Colorado that were cleaned up after public comment. Bad PR for us NRA types.
Gary, if you will tell me where you saw those dumps I would like to help organize a clean up with the local intrests.
