Did you ever see "Plan 9 from Outer Space"? Generally it is considered as the worst film ever to make it to the theaters. Three alien space ships were going to invade us for not recognizing their existance in spite of the fact that they didn't let us see them. The invasion was the most important thing in the universe. Two of the space ships then left to do something else. Of course, when the earth people's airplanes consist of packing crates with folding chairs it might be reasonable.
