Remember when the pilot flew the A-10 from Nellis to Vail, Colorado and crashed into the glacier? They didn't find the plane for a couple months. The conspiracy theorists had a field day.

He flew the plane to Russia.

A religious tract was found on his nightstand so therefore he had to kill himself by flying into a mountain with a religious name. Lots of mountains in that area are Mount St. something.

His first name was Craig. There is a mountain in that area named Craig. It's obvious isn't it?

His gay lover was going to expose him. (No gay lover ever appeared so how do they know?)

The Oklahoma bombing trial was going on in Denver so he was going to bomb the courthouse.

Several years earlier a Navy plane crashed about a hundred miles further south. The other pilot in his flight saw the pilot fall over in his harness and the plane went down. I strongly suspect that the oxygen went bad or he had some sort of medical condition.

In the A-10 case radar traces showed he flew perfectly straight and level for hundreds of miles and then around Vail he flew in a disoriented manner. I suspect he managed to get the autopilot onto heading hold and altitude hold before passing out and later came to and flew dizzily until he crashed. There's no conspiracy in that.

But what are you going to tell someone who is bound and determined to believe it's a conspiracy?

By the way, the state of New Mexico will be closed in the year 2008 due to lack of space. The entire state will be covered in warehouses full of alien bodies and spacecraft. Elvis will have to drive up to Colorado or go through Mexico to get to Vegas.
