Sorry I didn't get to my camera in time, we rushed out to see it. The truck was headed towards Alamo from 375. It was definately construction equipment of some type, in plain view and bright yellow. The police cars were marked, with lightbars and decals on the side, maybe State of Nevada. No "Cammo" vehicles observed, but several unmarked followed, I couldn't tell the makes or models. It looked as if the "convoy" picked the truck up as it entered highway 375, I did not see what escorted it, if anything did, to the highway. I will try to do better next year with the pictures.
