I agree that DynCorp has the contract for most of the NTTR, probably including TTR. But as far as I can tell Groom security has been provided at least for a while by a different contractor than the rest of the ranges. The security vehicles at Cedar Gate have different plates than at Groom (when they still had plates...). The guards at Cedar Gate will sometimes actually talk to you, and ask if you broke down when you are parked on Cedar Road. Try that at Groom... Honestly, I can not back it up as a fact, but based on my observations I believe that Groom security is still provided by EG&G.
