The "military" that is being referred to here is THIS is indeed a portion of their function; to Fort Indiantown is a NATIONAL GUARD facility. As much as I have a rather disdain for the US Army
the Pennsylvania Army and Air NATIONAL GUARD and
Tri-State (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware)
Army and Air NATIONAL GUARD collectively.
protect private property from looting, assist local
law enforcement as necessary during civil disturbances, etc.
Been there. YUK.
overall (except for the high caliber specialized troops) even those Dogfaces have it better than the Rag-Bag, Rag-Tag Sloppy Wannabe a Solider Goof-Balls of the Guard, which, MOST of us would shoot on sight
in actual physcial hostile COMBAT.
