As for FEMA, they are absolute experts in these and other emergencies. (These fine folk "men in black"
also are your hosts for the unexplained seizure of those strange "things" now in storage at some interesting "research" facilities....)

Don't NEED excuses to send Marines anyway. Situation is so serious of the weakness in security at our nuclear facilities and these types of "storage"
facilites that the President has already an EXECUTIVE ORDER in place for our deployment WHEN, and IF NECESSARY, at HIS WILL AND PLEASURE.

In this case, I project it WILL happen SOON.
We CANNOT allow material at these facilities to be compromised by the possibility of a terrorist attack
upon these compounds.
