It is different than a Red Flag. It occurs every other year. I was here for JEFX 2002 and 2004. It has more to do with experimenting with the integration of new and futuristic technologies. Network concentric ops are a hot topic at present.

There can be some very intersting participants. It is scheduled for two weeks but they haven't flown everyday in the past. I am guessing that the middle to late (Wednesday to Friday) of the first week and early in the second week would be best. It seemed that has been the pattern in the past. I live here so weather permitting I will go up there most of the ten days.
