There's 3 control towers genius. One near runway 25L and 25R at the D Gates, which controls ground for that portion of the airport, in the middle is the FAA control tower which controls airspace around McCarran and runways 25R/25L and 7R/7L, and another control tower on top of the northern parking garage that controls airspace (19R/19L, 1R/1L)/ground for the private side of the airport (where the janet terminal is).
