The White Bus used to enter the base around 7.30am (see attached link for the schedule). Looks like they are running on a different schedule based on project needs or daylight hours. I agree that the huge buffer zone (12+ miles from the nearest border point to the base) and the difficult terrain makes fast response time not the most critical factor. Plus, we can be sure that they have all sorts of sensors on the inside to track an intruder. I am sure they can get the Pave Hawk in the air within minutes, long before an intruder even gets anywhere near within sight of the base. Please keep us updated on the progress of your book.
