The only way to attend is to be a member of the Blackbird association, and the only way to be a member of that is to have either flown or maintained an A-12, YF-12 or SR-71, or flown in KC-135Q tankers, or been a part of the LM and CIA operation at Groom, or been a member of the 9th SRW at one stage. That's a pretty limited group of people, especially as the A-12 program is now nearing 40 years ago!
