Is this HAA?

The article and photo in the AV Press, is very interesting...this may be the first photo to emerge of an undisclosed aircraft design in a long time.

It may in fact be the demonstrator for Lockheed's High Altitude Airship program (HAA).

The "P791" (Project 791?) is a new and interesting moniker, but I did turn up this interesting link:

So it appears Lockheed sent these two for hovercraft training. Eric P. Hansen at Lockheed, pictured in that photo, is clearly part of the flight test community there - he received a Jack Northrop award from the Society of Experimental Test Pilots in 2003, for a paper he co-authored on a U-2 avionics program.
