Saw my first one at the Travis air show several years back. The F117 was right beside it and grabbing all the attention so I had a very nice U-2 pilot all to myself for half an hour or so. He answered what questions he was allowed to.

Later the white one flew low over me on approach to Moffat Field. At first I thought it was the loudest biz jet I had ever heard .. and then I looked up. Beautiful!

Do you think they will give me one of the old ones if I ask politely?
