Sorry to hear that. It may have to do with the way your ISP filters incoming email. The other poster mentioned AOL. For a while, AOL blocked ALL email from our dreamlandresort.com domain, because some spammers aparently used our domain as return email address for their spam emails. Perhaps you can check with your ISP if they made any recent changes? If you have another email account (with a different service) try subscribing that and see if it also has the delay. I seem to be getting new posts on time. Do the emails have the correct date and time when the message was posted?
