It looks like they are expanding those wifi links at Nellis AFB. If you haul your notebook (wifi equiped of course) out there, you can see quite a few powerful WAPs. The only real consequence for those on the outside is the ground frequencies at Nellis may have less chatter if they do more maintenance communications over digital channels.
