Janet and FIDOE

Hi everyone I'm new here to the forum.
I see there has been some talk on here. About the Janet flights out of KLAS. Well some of people on here were talking about some of the flight plans they file. Example would be something like this.
FIDOE LAS294052 BTY060030.
Now I know people have been asking where is FIDOE or what is it. Do you people think FIDOE is a navigational waypoint? Or as friend of mine told me it's a acronym that means. Fly Instruments Direct Onboard Equipment. Or Fly instruments Direct Own Equipment. Example of FIDOE would mean for the pilot to squawk mode S on his transponder. And when leaving the box coming back into civilian airspace you FIDOE back to mode C. But you really don’t FIDOE as you would get a new squawk code from ATC after reentering civilian airspace. So is it possable FIDOE is not a waypoint at all?
