One could argue that it is exactly like the UFO cover-up at Area 51. There is no UFO cover-up at Area 51 and there is no UFO cover-up at Kecksburg.

Someone is producing a television program about Kecksburg. The lawsuit is being funded by the television network. Suing NASA won't provide any new data, but it will create free publicity for the show. Now, that's a real conspiracy.
