Jon Farhat, a computer graphics artist, owns the domain. Can't really tell if he runs the web site but the graphics do look professional. He worked with Lazar in an attempt to make a movie on Lazar's story but nothing ever came of it. That was nearly 10 years ago. Maybe he still believes in Lazar. :)
