I'm not sure what you mean by "in and out" (except for those good burgers), but the Yucca airstrip supports the NTS. I can't say for sure the USAF doesn't use it, but I think that would not be likely. I once recorded a Janet requesting to do some touch and goes at DRA, and the NTS would only allow one touch and go. It's not like DRA is very busy, so I think the NTS was showing who is in charge.
