If you are in Vegas, you can hear the route on the clearance/delivery frequency. [On this website in the frequency list.] Check the link I provided for one way to get the route. If it has FIDOE in it, the plane went to Groom. In the case of the flight shown, I doubt it took 10 minutes. There are pay services that can get you more detail.
