I spoke with a friend last night who attended the Miramar airshow a couple of weeks ago. He said, "No F14s," angry that the Navy was a no show. But he marveled at the incredible aerial feats of the B1. Although there were no F14s he did see the Hornet F18. Miramar, the ex-home of Top Gun is saddly scheduled for decommission and they are considering, today, turning it into an airport.
