At 150 dpi quality the print will be 3 segments of approx. 60 inches (5 foot) wide each. They will be arranged just like on the web page, in three bands. The total poster size at 150 dpi will be roughly 6x3ft.

I am still looking into pricing. It seems that to make it worth my while the posters (including all three commented segments) would have to sell for about $60 a piece plus S&H. I am not sure how many we could sell at that price. Any feedback?
