Travis AFB [Fairfield California) is about the same distance from Mount Diablo (the highest point in the San Francisco bay area) as Groom Lake is from Tikaboo, so it makes a good "target" to practice Tikaboo shots. Normally the haze is so bad you can't even see the base, but this week was clearer than usual, making the base visible though still pretty hazy.

I took some photos through a Meade etx90 using a red filter (#25) and Kodak Tmax400 film (TMY).
