I forgot to mention that Nellis AFB is on the Nevada Test Site P25 trunk system. The traffic on the discrete ground frequencies has been transfered to the trunk system. The information can be found on radioreference.com under the National Nuclear Security Agency trunk system. The NNSA is the "parent" organization of the NTS. Nellis has one site of the system, though you may hear the NTS on that site if you run your trunking scanner in open mode. I suspect the ground units for Red Flag will show up eventually on this trunk system. They occasional mention their digital system when talking on their discrete analog frequencies. The link will take you to the correct trunk system for Nellis AFB. There is a bit of confusion when you read the trunk systems on radioreference since they list an EDACS system at Nellis AFB. This is the trunk system that connects Nellis AFB to Groom Lake. It is another Provoice digital system that you can't monitor. To be specific, this is the WRONG Nellis system
