Some interesting F-117 crash details on this link... In other news, it was interesting to see the pics of two white F-117s at Palmdale in a recent issue of 'Aircraft Illustrated'. The magazine appears to have got all hot and bothered about the reasons for the white paint job, but didn't ask the obvious question that I and several others did when we first heard about them about three months ago. At the time, I emailed seperately with Richard and another source, and the first thing we all thought it may have been was undercoat or primer paint, something the magazine hasn't even hinted at. The source has since come back and confirmed that was indeed the case, and that there was nothing more to it! Magoo
