A side note.

I was reading a manual earlier this week, pertaining to SCI facilities.

A portion of that emphasised that any person coming in contact with classified material HAS to have the rated or higher clearance for such material, no exceptions.

If it's the case that the person was shredding documents and not posessing a clearance, someone is in a whole heap of trouble.

Then again, in the world of National Security, nothng would surprise me.
