My gut feeling is if the culprits read this list, they enjoy the commentary and attention. However, I suspect "germ warfare" from the operation near Groom Lake. They fly the chopper around the peak to look for campers, so dropping a bucket of fertilizer wouldn't be that hard from the chopper.

Note you don't have to be on the very peak to view the base. All the hills on the last plateau have views and a bit less wind. Of course, the chopper flies over those hills as well. At this point, given that the crap has happened twice, I'd be more inclined to set up camp elsewhere and let the winter rains clean things up, at least as far as biohazards are concerned.
