Cleaning up some paper work, I found some old red flag notes. 283.6Mhz, listed under "other" had the following traffic. Callsigns Phasor and Fox were heard. In addition, a voice was calling out targets. My notes aren't too specific, but I would bet this was air targets, not ground targets. Ground targets are done in lat/lon, which I generally write down. The lack of lat/lon is why I think they were air targets.
