Nellis AFB viewing opportunities

Red flag ends on 4/13.
I am in Vegas on the 15 and 16.
What is the likelyhood of viewing Red flag participants leaving Nellis AFB when they head back to their home bases ?. (would I have already missed it)

Where is the best place to view departing planes from Nellis ?

Any advice and information would be much appreciated.
