Theres a dirt road that goes through the PacMan looking area which is probably why they can't irrigate that portion. Why would anyone want to "censor" something you can drive up and see? That area is on the south side of State Highway 375. There is a few more to the north also.

On a side note. "Google Earth" is a stand alone broadband, 3D application (program)...not a plug-in.
