These are just factory cars from Daimler/Chrysler that are going through some desert driving tests.
The blue and yellow liscense plates are Michigan manufacturers license plates, used by the factories for
testing, transport, press showcases, cars used for some autoshows, etc.

The tall antennas are either c.b. radio or radio for communication between the convoy of vehicles.
