Dont want to really post the full number on the second one. Why, cause it really is the number to the test site. More than likley it would be ruined with a flurry of calls by a few curious people. Just wanted to show the area code and the fact that it ends in 51. I doubt that was a coincidence. Anyway the lines along with the Network runs from the test site to a small Bldg on ISAFAF wich is now Creech AFB. From there it goes along the 95 south back to nellis. Nellis actually handles the phones for it, while Lockheed is contracted to take care of the network fiber from the site all the way back to Nellis.
