There is a very large data network running from Utah (Hill AFB) all the way to Pt. Mugu. [I googled a bit but can't find the link.] So it would make sense they have a few foreign exchanges too. I did find this link on Air Force networks:

I found this list of DSN prefixes. It is correct for Nellis, but I can't vouch for it. You can hear these exchanges called out on air to ground phone patches on HF (shortwave) mil air frequencies like 11.175USB, etc.
