2 x F-16 and an F-4.

The middle aircraft (F-16) looks a bit like an A-4, probably because its flaps have been removed and the wing area is thus reduced.

They're probably time expired aircraft being used as or once used as instructional airframes and have been stripped for spares. Instructional F-4s are redesignated GF-4, 'G' for 'ground'.
