$100billion would be about $2k per taxpayer. No thanks. Regading welfare, you need to investigate "corporate welfare". If you studied any economics, you would know that the multiplier effect of military spending is quite low, while welfare money gets put right back into the economy.

Real engineering is delivering a project on budget, with a budget that is efficient in the first place. Kelly Johnson did this, and Burt Rutan does good engineering on the cheap today.

With the Bush debt projected to reach 10 trillion, I hope few people think like you do.
