There are at least two gray F-117A aircraft undergoing evaulation now. One is at Holloman AFB, New Mexico with the Dragon Test Team that does operational test and evaluation (OT&E) for the F-117A.

Last week I visited AF Plant 42 in Palmdale, California to take pictures of YF-117A (79-10783) "Scorpion 4, which is also wearing the gray paint scheme. I don't know how long the evaulation program will last before a decision is made about painting the fleet.
