Black projects are funded by those $25,000 hammers that were famous in the 80's. A nessecary part of our freedom.

From '69-'73 my father was involved in black projects that were hidden within atmospheric testing as a part of the 58th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, at Kirtland AFB. They were known as "F" troop, as they were flying the RB-57F. I can niether confirm nor deny that my father's max altitude in this plane was just over 90,000 feet.
