I'm not sure about who had it in 1994, but it's one of those MIT planes now. You can google the N-number to get the information. I think it snuck off to Colorado Springs, but I'm not positive. They go through a few steps to make it hard (but not impossible) to track.

It uses FA50 as its airplane code. I ran LAS passur a bit and spotted one FA50 making a bee line across the southern part of the Nellis range, basically over KINS then towards the east starting around 15:50 (on 4/12). It's an unusual place to fly, since Range 63 is a restricted area. Flight ID ZQX1289. Take a look at time 15:57. However,it wasn't N20NY.
