The NTS has real terraserver coverage. To be honest, until google has a lon/lat interface, I just can't get too excited about it. For anything with terraserver coverage, you can use expertgps (not free) or photomapsusa (free but full of bugs when I tried it). I can tell you that the rev of expertgps I use doesn't use the new aero photos on the terraserver. However, www.acme.com/mapper will read them.

BTW, you can take the NTS tour and see the low level nuclear waste site, up close and personal.
