The near misses over england are mentioned in this site. It doesn't specifically say that they WERE black projects but it says the near misses could have something to do with it. And I don't know what the bunsen burner light thing was all about, thats all it said about what it looked like. I'l go and get the magazine from my friend and I'l type out what he put.
