I've got it on Comcrap's digital cable service. Basically, the Discovery Wings channel started running out of stuff to air, so the Discovery Channel decided to show stuff from all the branches of the armed services so that they could show more new material (i.e. stuff from 2001-now as opposed to stuff from 1990-2001).

The Military Channel is actually quite good, but you have to make sure that you know what night they're focusing on aircraft (they have theme nights) and you have to browse their program guides, but if you get lucky, you can see something on, for example, Red Flag 2003, which is a lot of fun. Recently, they've been airing some new stuff on the Blue Angels, and it's been really eye-opening.

If you've got digital cable or satellite, the channel's most certainly worth the cost.
