As far as I know their is a Capstone scheduled, but I couldnt get any confirmation from the PIO at Nellis. In the past Gary, Joerg, and myself have attended some of these. They usually start around 10:30 or 11:00 and last near an hour. Their are several good view spots along 95 where you can pull off into the desert. Depending on how close you want to be Point Bravo or close to it seems to be the spot of choice. On the west side of 95 their is a road that takes you up to the prison and some prefer the additional altitude for viewing. Maybe Joerg or Gary will offer some additional info.
