Well everyone thanks for the input, I will be calling BLM in the morning to get the final input on the atv sticker issue.

Blazing a trail sounds like a good challenge so once I've arrived and had a chance to survey the area if it looks do able I'll give it a decent try. Why not I got a few days to kill before I need to head back

I'll be taking a GPS unit with me so i'll plot my path and post for those interested in the future

I read some where in this forum about a second possible usable summit close by to tikaboo any input or info on this
