Actually the missile trade secrets were done by Loral and started under a Poppy Bush program. The intent was to help China launch satellites as a pay-off to the telecom corps who contribute heavily to both parties. This is why you don't hear the GOP mention the Chinese satellite program any more since they are very guilty themselves.

Bush may be able to work with Texas Democrats, but he is no LBJ. Washington will be a challege for Bush. Hell, speaking is a challenge for Bush....
