The quote is accurate! It refers to a couple of times that I was exploring very remote back-country sections of the boundary line. I had the usual visit from the security helicopter, but rather than the helo returning every few minutes to check my progress, I heard the high pitched droning of what sounded like a model aircraft engine (sounded like a .049), but was never able to spot what was making the noise (using visual stealth?). This went on every few minutes for about 2 or 3 hours, until I headed away from the line to head back to my vehicle.
