You have driven the road to the power lines at the spot where one side of your vehicle needs to be about 2.5 ft higher than the other size and didn't scratch your Hummer drivers side? Amazing.

The humvee is a platform, i.e. the "M" is for multipurpose. It is not a dedicated off-road vehicle. If I need something with a machine gun mount, the hummer will do. If it has to be air dropped, I'll pick the hummer. You can equip a hummer to launch TOW missiles. On Jeep trails, a full size 4wd suv or truck is more appropriate, and will perform better.

I've seen the camo dudes nearly run off the road and down a hill once trying to turn around where there wasn't a turn around. I don't think I'd trust these guys with a hummer. At least the Chevy's are crash tested because they are sold to consumers.
