I'm not sure if that is the frequency I heard the C-130 "tour", but I can say the oreintation flight is interesting to monitor. Hopefully one of the locals can record it. They call out all the sites. I know I made of post of this, or maybe it is in a trip report.

One of the tidbits I picked up from the scanner is that manned "targets" are painted white. This wasn't always the case if you look at photos of older SAs (threats)that were OD.
