Ok I understand now, my next question is the fence i spoke of on the back side of the base that u said that has always been there. when you take Lake mead and turn on N hollywood blvd, then NH Blvd runs along the perimeter fence, this seems to me gets very close to the runways on the east side of the base or the back of the base.(same side as Los Feliz) My question is is this accessiable or is this fenced off from public??? Hope u understand!!!

This might help follow Lake Mead until u get to N HollyWood Blvd then turn Left and follow it up till u get to the base and run along the fence.
